Mantovani Architects offer a full range of architectural and interior design services to meet the requirements of the high-end architectural commissions from project outset to completion.
Our services may include:
- Assisting the Client during preparation of the brief and advice on the feasibility of the proposal.
- Preparation of sketch scheme proposals.
- Development of all drawings, technical specifications, as may be necessary to complete all Applications and obtain Consents from local Authority. This will include Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, and Building Control Application.
- Appointment of a selected team of trusted professionals such as surveyors, engineers and skilled craftsmen qualified to deliver the project under our instructions.
- Assisting the Client in the preparation of a final budget and appointment of the contractor and sub-contractors and any specialist consultants.
- General supervision of the works on site to ensure the proper organisation and implementation of the project.
Mantovani Architects is an ARB Member and RIBA Chartered Practice and comply with strict criteria required by their accreditation schemes.
